Terms of service

These terms apply to the websites web-harbor.com and eslamheliel.com and to services provided by Web Harbor Technology. Effective 15 October 2026.

Who we are

Web Harbor Technology (legal trade name: web harbor Technology), a sole establishment licensed by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism, professional licence 1660838, commercial register 2943536. Licensed activity: web design. JBR, Dubai, UAE. hello@web-harbor.com.

Using the websites

The websites are for information. Nothing on them is an offer; every engagement starts with a written quote. Case studies describe work done for named clients with their permission. Client names and logos remain their owners' property. You may link to these sites. You may not copy their content, code or images for reuse without written permission.

Services

Our services are web design and development and the work that goes with it, including web applications, integrations and automation delivered as part of a web platform. Each project is defined by a written scope that states what is delivered, the price in UAE dirhams (AED), the payment schedule and the dates. Work outside the scope is quoted separately before it starts.

Payment

Prices are in AED. Unless the quote says otherwise, a deposit is due before work starts and the balance on delivery. Invoices are issued for every payment. Late payment may pause work.

Ownership

On full payment, you own the source code, designs and content made for you under the scope, and the domain, hosting and store accounts set up in your name. We keep the right to reuse general techniques, libraries and tools that are not specific to your project, and to show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing. Third-party software, fonts and services stay under their own licences.

Responsibilities

You supply the content, images, credentials and decisions the scope depends on, with the right to use them. We build to the scope with reasonable skill and care, and fix defects reported within 30 days of delivery at no charge. Hosting, domains, app stores and other third-party services are governed by those providers' terms and are outside our control.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for a project is limited to the fees paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes are first raised in writing to hello@web-harbor.com; if not resolved within 30 days, the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page, with its effective date, is the one that applies.
