Percent Enterprise

Two brands under one roof, so the catalogue and the brand section had to share a design system without looking like the same page twice.

Percent Enterprise sells kitchens and interiors and runs a second brand, The Kitchen Hub. The site had to hold both without reading as two websites stitched together.

What was built. A company site with a product catalogue at its core. Products are grouped by range, each with its images, specifications and finishes, and the catalogue is static HTML so it is indexable and fast. The Kitchen Hub has its own section with its own voice and colour, inside the same layout grid, so a visitor can move between the two brands without losing their place.

Stack. Next.js 16 as a static export, Tailwind 4 with per-brand tokens, GSAP for the scroll-pinned catalogue sections, motion for image and card transitions.

What was hard. Two brands, one codebase. The answer was a token layer: the components are shared, the colour, type and spacing values are swapped per section, and nothing is duplicated. Images are pre-sized to three widths at build so the catalogue stays light on a phone.
